We are offering curbside pickup options! We request that product, gift card & all other pickup orders be paid for via phone ahead of time. Please contact us ahead of time to let us know when you are planning to pick up. When you arrive for your pickup order, please call us when you are outside and we will bring it out to you.

COVID-19 APPOINTMENT PROTOCOLS:

The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We are committed to providing experiences and services that meet the highest sanitation and hygiene standards in the spa industry. To enjoy your experience to the fullest, we ask that guests be aware of the following standards and requests to help us ensure your safety and comfort as well as that of other guests and spa employees. Until further notice, we will be implementing the following protocols.

As a guest, you must commit to the following:

·  Refraining from visiting the spa if you have a fever or communicable illness and/or if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.

·  Only two guests allowed in the waiting area at one time.

·  All clients are asked to wear a face covering.

·  No family members, guests or individuals who do not have an appointment will be allowed in lobby, relaxation room, or treatment rooms with client.

·  Clients must consent and respond to CDC-required COVID-19 questionnaire before treatment. Fill out the form before your appointment HERE!

·  Clients must wash hands for at least 20 seconds before treatment.

As a spa, we commit to the following:

·  Meeting or exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene.

·  We have installed acrylic dividers between our manicure & pedicure stations as well as on the front desk.

·  Appointments will be scheduled with sufficient time in between to avoid unnecessary contact.

·  All staff will be required to wear a face mask.

·  Lobby, office, treatment rooms, and bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected after every client or every 30 minutes.

·  Hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial soap are available in every treatment room and bathroom.

·  At this time, we are not able to offer Brow Services 

·  We will not be offering skincare testers in the retail area. Please ask our front desk for assistance if you require a sample.

·  We will not be providing refreshments other than coffee
